What do you do when faced with walking upstream and everyone else is going downstream? Esther Hicks would say, always go downstream. And I would agree, for the most part. But there are times that everyone in the world is enjoying bagels and cream cheese, birthday cake after chicken and waffles. Baby, that stuff is just not good.
How do I know this? Easy. I stopped taking it in. If you stop it, you will know it too. It inflames the body and gives no nutrients. It does not allow for healing. We need to move towards healing, and in order to do that, one must move away from ANYTHING that isn’t best for our bodies. Nope, at first I didn’t like it either. Gluten is no longer important to me. Sugar is not. Store bought dairy is not. These are choices I didn’t want to make, but choices that are mine. Try walking away from gluten for two weeks. On the fifteenth day, eat anything you want. See what happens. Report back!
